This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on etnasudquad.it, for what purposes, and how you can manage your preferences. It is drawn up in accordance with the guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority of 10 June 2021 on cookies and other tracking tools.
Last updated: 17 August 2026.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit send to your device, where they are stored and then sent back to those same websites on your next visit. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage, allow information to be stored on your device for comparable purposes: in this document they are treated in the same way as cookies.
2. Cookies used by this website
This website has been designed to keep tracking to a minimum. We use only technical cookies and tools, for which prior consent is not required under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code:
- Technical session cookies, required to keep your browsing session active and to manage the cart and the booking process.
- Local storage of user preferences, such as the selected language and the status of the information banner.
- Technical cookies of the administration panel, reserved for authorised staff in order to keep their working session active.
- Cookies set by payment service providers (Stripe and PayPal) when you start a payment: these are necessary to execute the transaction and to prevent fraud.
We do not use our own advertising or profiling cookies.
Cookie-free usage statistics: to understand the number of visits and the most viewed pages we use Umami, an analytics tool installed on our own servers that does not use cookies or any other device identifiers and collects only aggregated, anonymous data (page visited, browser and device type, country of origin). The data collected cannot identify individual users and is not shared with third parties; for this reason no prior consent is required.
3. Third-party cookies
Some website features may involve cookies being set by third parties:
- Stripe and PayPal, for secure payment processing and fraud prevention: these are activated only when you choose to pay online.
- Any embedded content, such as maps or videos, may set its own cookies when loaded. In that case the privacy notices of the respective providers apply.
The controller has no access to cookies installed by third parties, whose privacy notices you are invited to consult on their respective websites.
4. How to manage cookies
You can manage your preferences directly in your browser by setting it to block or delete cookies. Instructions for the most common browsers:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
Disabling technical cookies may impair the operation of the website and prevent bookings and payments from being completed.
5. Processing of data collected through cookies
Any data collected through technical cookies are processed by the controller identified on this page for the purposes of operating and securing the website, on the basis of the legitimate interest in delivering the requested service. For all other aspects — data subject rights, retention periods, recipients — please refer to the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this notice.
6. Changes to this Cookie Policy
This notice may be updated if new tools are introduced or if legislation changes. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the latest update.
